newjobissenttobestored,theoldeststoredjobisreplacedbythenewjob.
Privateprintjobsaredeletedwhentheprintingsystemisresetorpoweredoff.
Ifyoudonotwantthejobdeleted,selecttheJobstoragefeature.
Whensendingasensitivedocumenttotheprintingsystem,ausermusttypea
four-digitAccesscode,whichisattachedtotheprintjobalongwiththeJob
nameandUsername.ThejobisnotprinteduntilauserenterstheAccess
codeattheprintingsystem’soperationpanel.Afterthejobisprinted,itis
removedfromprintingsystemmemory.
ThenumberofPrivateprintjobsthatcanbestoredislimitedonlybythe
storagecapacityoftheharddisk.Youcanmanuallydeleteajobatthe
operationpanel.
Warning:AprintjobcanreplaceajobontheharddiskhavingthesameUser
nameandJobname.Topreventthis,selectUsejobname+dateandtime
underOverwritejobname.
Privateprintletsyoustoreadocumenttemporarilyinprintingsystemmemory
withoutprinting,andprotectitwithanAccesscode.Thejobisstoredonthe
harddiskuntilitisprintedormanuallydeleted.
