ThisfeatureisavailablewhenaharddiskisinstalledandselectedintheDevice
Settingstab.
Jobstorageisusefulforjobsthatneedtobeavailableforprintingatanytime,
eveniftheprintingsystemhasbeenturnedoffandturnedonagain.Job
storagejobscanonlyberemovedmanuallyfromprintingsystemmemory.
Ifdesired,youcanattachafour-digitAccesscodetoaJobstoragejob,so
thatyoucanprintajobwithoutanyoneelseseeingit,orrestrictprintingto
approvedusers.Whentheaccesscodeisused,thejobisnotprinteduntila
userprintsitattheprintingsystem’soperationpanel.Afterthejobisprinted,it
remainsinprintingsystemmemory.
ThenumberofJobstoragejobsthatcanbestoredislimitedonlybythe
storagecapacityoftheharddisk.Youcanmanuallydeleteajobatthe
operationpanel.
Warning:AprintjobcanreplaceajobontheharddiskhavingthesameUser
nameandJobname.Topreventthis,selectUsejobname+dateandtime
underOverwritejobname.
Jobstorageletsyoustoreadocumentpermanentlyinprintingsystemmemory
withoutprinting,andgivesyoutheoptiontoprotectitwithanAccesscode.
Thisjobremainsontheharddiskuntilitismanuallydeleted.
