Delete the members.
1 Select the member you want to delete.
2 [Menu] > [▲] [▼] key > [Delete] > [OK] key > [Yes]
The selected member is deleted from Group Member.

Confirm the registered member.
Select the [Back] key when all members are registered.

Enter the address number.
1 [◄] [►] key > [Address Number] > [Edit]
2 Enter the address number.

Register the group.
Select the [OK] key.
[Completed.] is displayed and the group is registered.
Editing and Deleting Address Book Entries
Edit and delete the destinations (contacts) you added to the Address Book.
Changing the Address Book

Display the screen.
1 [System Menu/Counter] key > [▲] [▼] key > [Edit Destination] > [OK] key >
[▲][▼]key> [Address Book] > [OK] key
2 Select the destination (contacts) or group to edit, select the [OK] key.

Edit the destination.
1 Select the item to change.
2 Select [Edit].
3 After you have completed the changes, [OK] key > [Yes].
You can set any value between 1 and 250.
Select the [▲] or [▼] key or the numeric keys to enter a number.
Address Number is an ID for a destination. You can select any available number for
groups.
If you specify an address number that is already in use, an error message appears when
you select the [OK] key and the number cannot be registered.
