Inspection and preventive maintenance
How to do preventive maintenance
Inspect the system before any deployment and after any corrective maintenance operation.
Perform preventive maintenance at least once a year.
Refer to the maintenance manuals for advanced maintenance.
Rigging and hardware
Perform the Rigging part inspection (p.52) on each rigging part.
Use the Mechanical system overview (p.52) to identify critical parts of the system and apply the specic checks
described in the Inspection references (p.59).
Do the Rigging check (p.64).
If any parts are damaged, contact your L-Acoustics representative for further instructions.
Acoustics
Perform the Enclosure check (p.66).
Perform the Listening test (p.68) to detect any degradation in sound quality.
If necessary, refer to the Corrective maintenance (p.99) section for speaker repair kits and maintenance instructions.
