The plate insert will be moved into the correct position by the gripper arm when the source plate gripper stage moves through the
door.
When you load a source microplate onto the plate insert, well A1 is located in the upper left corner (see figure below). As a
reminder, the upper left corner of the plate insert is labeled A1. The insert contains sensors that inform the Echo Liquid Handler
which plate is being used.
