12.7 Side pull
− Set the tractor’s three-point linkage for working.
The recommended distance between the tractor’s rear wheels in in-furrow mode is
roughly 1.3 m - 1.5 m.
The side pull to the ploughed side can be reduced by increasing the distance be-
tween the tractor’s rear wheels.
If the distance between the tractor’s rear wheels is not to be altered, it is addition-
ally possible to reduce the side pull by laterally adjusting the three-point linkage
accordingly.
− In this case, adjust the three-point linkage making sure it demonstrates the
same mobility to both the left and the right.
