8. Unhook the spring clip (B) from the right end of the lower pinch roller shaft, and then push it off the gray
slotted spring block (C) toward the back of the printer, as shown.
9. Slide the carrier to the right side of the printer.
10. Unhook the spring clip (D) from the left end of the lower pinch roller shaft, and then push it off the gray
slotted spring block (B) toward the back of the printer, as shown.
11. Slide the carrier to the center of the printer.
12. Slide the gray slotted spring blocks (E), on each end, toward the center of the roller shaft, taking care that
the blocks remain with the shaft during removal.
13. Slide the carrier to the right side of the printer.
