Sensor removals
Flags, Paper Present/Top-of-form removal
1. Remove the lower feed roller. Go to “Roller, lower feed removal” on page 4-33.
2. Remove the Paper Present flag or the Top-of-form flag from the paper guide.
Sensor (head gap and home position)
1. Remove the rear cover. See “Covers, rear removal” on page 4-5.
2. Remove the top cover. See “Covers, top removal” on page 4-5.
3. Disconnect the sensor cable (A) from the logic board.
4. Release the latches (B) and pull the the home position sensor off the bracket.
