1. Go to the Diagnostics menu (see
“Diagnostic aids” on page 3-1) and print
the print quality test pages. The first page
shows the regions under “Cartridge
Information.”
2. Change the cartridge to one corresponding
to the region where the printer was
purchased.
3. Call the next level of support.
