Operator panel assembly removal
Warning: If you are replacing the operator panel and controller card, do not replace them at the same time.
Replace both parts atthe same time will result in all settings being lost.
1. Replace the controller card first, and POR the MFP to Ready.
2. Replace the operator panel. and POR the MFP to Ready.
Note: Do not use a new operator panel or controller card for testing purposes. on a repair.
To remove the operator panel, perform the following steps:
1. Remove the left and right flatbed covers.
2. Remove the op panel bezel.
3. Remove the two screws (A) that secure the op panel to the flatbed.
4. Lift the op panel up.
