Connecting to an External Computer or Facility
Management System
The HANDHELD has the ability to be connected to LMS XChange
Data Transfer Software to download its data. LMS XChange software
can export data to a *.csv file for historical review.
Note:
The DATA port
can be used for the printer
or to connect HANDHELD
to an external computer. It
cannot be used to connect
to both at the same time.
1. To connect to the HANDHELD, insert the RJ-45 end of the
HANDHELD data communications cable to the DATA port as
shown in Figure 3-13.

2. Connect the other end of the data communication cable to your
PC running LMS XChange software.
