4.2 CONTROLLER Menu
Press ESC to exit the “PORT” menu, then move the cursor to the “CONTROLLER” menu. Press ENTER.

4.2.1 IP
The IP menu allows modification of the device IP address and the IP address used by the SNMP trap
messages.
Each IP address can be modified by moving the cursor to the desired position and selecting a number. After
making all changes, select YES to save the changes.

Physical interfaces can be selected as HDLC-port for inband management and as Ethernet-port for Ethernet
card management. Selection from this list of IP items is available by moving the cursor to the desired item
and pressing ENTER, as for MY-IP below.
Modify the data by first pressing ENTER, which moves the cursor to the lower line, then move the cursor to
the new selection and press ENTER. Press ESC to move up the menu tree.
To modify the IP addresses, first move the cursor to the digit to be modified. Press ENTER. Then move the
cursor to the desired digit on the lower line. Press ENTER. When all the digits have been modified, move
cursor the word "YES" and press ENTER.
The My IP Address menu shows the current IP address of the Loop-V 4200. To change the IP address, use
the arrow keys to select the position, and press ENTER to cycle through the numbers. This operation must
be concluded by moving the cursor to the OK position and pressing ENTER to enable the changes.
