18 Maintenance and repair
Please heed the current safety and accident prevention regu-
lations during all maintenance and repair work.
The machine requires a minimum of care and maintenance.
Only a few items need to be checked to ensure trouble-free
long-term operation.
 Check regularly for damage:
– Mains plug and cable
– Welding torch and connections
– Ground cable and connection
 Check the dust lter every two months.
– Switch the machine o
– Unplug the mains plug
– Unscrew the ventilation grid on the rear side
– Check the dust lter for pollution
– Replace the dust lter if it is polluted (dust lter: Order
number 612.5192.0)
Use only original Lorch spare parts for mainte-
nance and repair.
If you experience problems or need repairs,
contact a dealer authorised by Lorch. Never
make repairs or technical changes yourself.
In this case the manufacturer’s warranty is no
longer valid..
19 Disposal
Only for EU countries.
Do not dispose of electric tools together with
household waste material!
In observance of European Directive 2012/19/EU on waste,
electrical and electronic equipment and its implementation in
accordance with national law, electric tools that have reached
the end of their service life must be collected separately and
returned to an environmentally compatible recycling facility.
