3.3 Dismantling the cylinder head assembly
1. Using a torque wrench (N.m indicated), loosen in
the specified sequence the bolts (A) for fixing cyl-
inder head.
A- Bolt for fixing cylinder head
Attention: Loosen the bolts in the diagonal se-
quence.
This is to ensure that pressures applied to the cylin-
der head and its gasket are uniform to avoid dis-
placement and deformation.
Remove the cylinder head. Place it on a plane that
may not cause damage to its mating face.
2. Remove the bolts (A) for fixing cylinder head.
