The LumiraDx Instrument regularly performs internal checks for unexpected and
unwanted conditions. These may arise for technical reasons or due to handling errors.
If an issue occurs, a message will be displayed on the Instrument touch-screen.
Alert messages include useful information and are highlighted by an orange banner.
Error messages also include a symbol. All messages will contain a description of the
Instrument status or error and an instruction. Error messages contain an identifying code
that may be used for further troubleshooting purposes.
Follow the instruction to resolve the issue. If the issue is resolved, continue using the
Instrument as required.
If errors occur frequently or the error persists, please note the error code and contact
Customer Services. If the Instrument has been dropped, do not proceed with use.

chapter of this Platform User Manual for contact information.
