unescape function
unescape(string:String) : String
Evaluates the parameter x as a string, decodes the string from URL-encoded format
(converting all hexadecimal sequences to ASCII characters), and returns the string.
Availability: ActionScript 1.0; Flash Player 5
Parameters
string:String - A string with hexadecimal sequences to escape.
Returns
String - A string decoded from a URL-encoded parameter.
Example
The following example shows the escape-to-unescape conversion process:
var email:String = "user@somedomain.com";
trace(email);
var escapedEmail:String = escape(email);
trace(escapedEmail);
var unescapedEmail:String = unescape(escapedEmail);
trace(unescapedEmail);
The following result is displayed in the Output panel.
user@somedomain.com
user%40somedomain%2Ecom
user@somedomain.com
unloadMovie function
unloadMovie(target:MovieClip) : Void
unloadMovie(target:String) : Void
Removes a movie clip that was loaded by means of loadMovie() from Flash Player. To unload
a movie clip that was loaded by means of
loadMovieNum(), use unloadMovieNum() instead
of
unloadMovie().

target:Object - The target path of a movie clip. This parameter can be either a String (e.g.
"my_mc") or a direct reference to the movie clip instance (e.g. my_mc). Parameters that can
accept more than one data type are listed as type
