(code ACO1073),coveritwiththemarinadeofyourchoiceleaving
atleast3cmfromthecontainerupperrimandplacethecaponthe
container.Engagethelidsafetycatches(21) and turn the knob to the
“OPEN-(M)”position.
b) Connect the container cap knob to the appliance air inlet (4) by
means of the connection hose(16)(g.V)
N.B.:makesurethatthecapgasketandthecontainerrimaredryand
clean.
c)Pressthe“M”button(2H)(blueindicatorlighton);thelightwillstay
on during the vacuum phase and blink during the rest phase. The
applianceswitchesoffautomaticallyafterthethirdvacuumphase.The
wholecyclelastsapprox.12minutes.
d)Anacousticsignal(beep)indicatesthatthecycleisover.
N.B.: at the end of the cycle, if you want to keep your marinade under
vacuum,turnthecontainerknobtothe“CLOSED”position.
e) Disconnect the tube rst from the container and then from the
applianceairinlet.FinallypresstheSTOPbuttontoendthecycle.
Youcan turn the appliance off at any time by pressingthe “STOP/
CANCEL” button (2C); if you wish to repeat the marinating cycle,
disconnect the hose from the container and wait until the latter is
completelylledwithair.Connectagainthehosetothecontainerknob
(intheOPEN-Mposition),thenstartagainthequickmarinatingcycle
bypressing“M”button.
Marinatingisthebestsystemtoavourmeatorgameandmakeitmoretender.Marinatingvacuumpackedfoodtakesonly
fewminutesbecausethevacuumprocessopensthefoodporesthusallowingabetterandquickermarinadeabsorption.
Thankstotheexclusive“quickmarinating”function,theappliancekeepsthevacuumforafewminutesthenreleasesit
allowingthefoodto“rest”for30seconds.Thisprocessisrepeatedseveraltimes.Thealternationofvacuumandrest
makesmarinatingfaster.Oncethequickmarinatingcycleiscompleted,anacousticsignal(beep)willbeheardtoindicate
thatmarinatingisover.Thewholecyclelastsapprox.12minutes.
