INSTRUCTIONS FOR ASSEMBLING THE AIR CONDITIONER
Carry out the assembling operations in a dry, dust-free area. Use PAG ISO 100 SP 20 COMPRESSOR oil
for lubricating all the gaskets and sealing surfaces before assembly.

Condenser outlet -  lter inlet pipe M6 16 N.m
Filter outlet - expansion valve inlet pipe M6 16 N.m
Compressor outlet - cab inlet pipe M8 25 N.m
Cab outlet - condenser inlet pipe M8 25 N.m
Expansion valve outlet - cab inlet pipe M10 33 N.m
Cab outlet - compressor inlet pipe M10 33 N.m
