PRECAUTIONS FOR HANDLING R134a
1 - Personal protection: Safety goggles and rubber gloves.
2 - First aid: In case of inhalation remove immediately to fresh air, administer oxygen and give arti cial
respiration depending on the degree of the emergency (do not administer drugs). Get medical
attention. In case of contact with eyes, flush eyes with plenty of water for 15 minutes and get
medical attention. In case of contact with the skin, ush with plenty of clean water and remove
contaminated clothing.
3 - Storage conditions: Store the R134a liquid in a cool, dry well-ventilated place.
4 - Handling: Only in well-ventilated places.
5 - Accidental release measures: In case of exposure of liquid R134a to re, wear breathing apparatus.
