BRINGING THE LIFT TRUCK BACK INTO SERVICE
- Remove the waterproof adhesive tape from all the holes.
- Refit and reconnect the battery.
- Remove the protection from the cylinder rods.
- Perform the daily maintenance operations (e3-MAINTENANCE).
- Put the handbrake on and remove the axle stands.
- Drain and clean the fuel tank (e3-MAINTENANCE).
- Fill the fuel tank with clean diesel filtered through the filler port.
- Replace the fuel filter (e3-MAINTENANCE).
- Replace the fuel pre-filter (e3-MAINTENANCE)
(depending on the model of lift truck)

- Drain and rinse the DEF tank
(depending on the model of lift truck)

- Top up, slowly fill the tank with new “DEF” (Diesel Exhaust Fluid) up to the bottom of the filler neck
(depending on the model
of lift truck)
.
- Refit the drive belts and adjust the tension (e3-MAINTENANCE).
- Turn the engine over with the starter, to allow the oil pressure to rise.
- Reconnect the engine cut-off solenoid.
- Lubricate the lift truck completely (e3-MAINTENANCE).

Ensure the area is sufficiently ventilated before starting the lift truck.
- Start up the lift truck, following the safety instructions and regulations (eOPERATING INSTRUCTIONS UNLADEN AND
LADEN).
- Carry out all the boom hydraulic movements, concentrating on the ends of travel for each cylinder.
