6 Maintenance
6.1 Safety information
6.2 Repair
NOTE
Maintenance inspections must be performed at least at the
intervals specified in the Maintenance table. Shorter maintenance
intervals may be required depending on the operating conditions.
WARNING! RISK OF INJURY!
The energy supply must be shut off and the air cannon system
vented before any work is performed on it.
Secure against accidental reactivation.
Observe the applicable regulations and standards.
Post appropriate warning signs.
Shut off the air cannon system.
CAUTION! RISK OF INJURY!
Compressed air hoses slinging about can cause injuries and
property damage.
The compressed air network on the operator side must be
depressurised and secured against accidental reactivation before
maintenance work can be started.
Post warning signs.
NOTE
Defective parts must be replaced or repaired by Martin
Engineering.
The air cannon must not be started up if it has damaged or leaky
parts.
