Operator
What’s this?
• Operator is a person who handles more number of calls at a time. She acts a link between the caller and the
called person.
• Any station can be interpreted as Operator.
How it works?
• When any station presses ‘9’ the system diverts the call to the operator he is assigned.
How to program?
Use following command to program the Operator station:
1101-Station
Where,
Station is from 00 to 08.
By default, Operator station is 00.
Example:
Program station 28 (software port 07) as operator.
