Relevant features from this list can be selected and put in a group. One can make few feature access groups
depending upon the requirement. First group contains none of the features. Second group contain only
internal dialing. Third group contain very common features like Call Pick Up, Call Transfer, Internal Dialing etc.
Fourth group contain more advanced features and so on. Eight group contain all the features. Once
programmed, COS groups may look like:

Now, these groups can be allocated to the users depending upon the hierarchy of the user in the organization.
A user can be assigned different COS groups for day time and night time. Once these groups are assigned to
the users, the user’s COS table looks like:

Following points are relevant:
• Maximum 8 feature groups can be formed (0-7).
• Each feature can be enabled or disabled in each group.
• 2nd group is the default COS group.
