STEP 9 - ATTACH SAFETY CHAIN
1. Stow Liftgate all the way in until
slide mechanism hits the rail stops
(FIGS. 63-1 and 63-1B).
2. Raise the platform until it presses
against the bumper stops (FIGS. 63-1A
and 63-1B).
