Maintenance
Facer Blades
Blades bolt directly to the blade holder and should be inspected
for damage and sharpness.
Dull or chipped blades must be replaced.
NOTICE: Never extend the blade beyond the inner or outer
circumference of the facer.

Fasteners Must Be Tight
Check all nuts, bolts, and snap rings to make certain they are
secure and in place.

Facer
The facer should be lubricated annually.

Clean the Clamping Chains
On the combination unit clean the side fusion chains as needed.
Clean using a stiff-bristled brush and oil generously. Wipe away
any excess oil.
