Export... (Alt+E)
Activate the function by clicking the Export button or selecting Export in the menu.
A “Save As” dialog will be displayed to specify where to store the le. The drop-down box allows for choosing
the type of export. The following export formats are available:
1. IEC 60076-18
2. CIGRE TB342
3. Doble
4. Column type excel compatible le
5. Column type text le
The le extension will be added automatically if not entered, i.e. .txt for a column type export and .xfra for a
CIGRE TB342 le and xml for IEC 60076-18 le.
IEC 60076-18 (*.xml)
IEC 60076-18 recommends saving le in xml (extensible markup language) le. When exporting to this
format there is an opportunity to inspect and make changes to information which will be written to the le.
NOTE
Pay attention to the terminal settings, especially if using custom sweep names that don’t use the
default sweep names
CIGRE TB342 (*.xfra)
Export FRA or xfra is a storage le format recommended in CIGRE Technical Brochure 342.
When exporting to xfra format there is an opportunity to inspect and make changes to information which
will be written to the le.
Column type export
Exports active tests to either a *.csv or *.txt le.
1. Make sure that graphs to be exported are visible in the Graph, as only active graphs are exported.
Example: If only magnitude graph is displayed, then only magnitude will be exported, if Magnitude and
Phase are visible, both Magnitude and Phase will be exported.
2. Column and decimal separators can be changed before exporting the data. Select suitable combination
and press OK.
