Troubleshooting
Please see the Troubleshooting below to answer questions/issues you are
having with your device.
TROUBLE: Tablet does not turn on.
SOLUTION 1: Make sure the battery has enough of a charge to start the
Tablet. If not, charge using the supplied AC Adapter.
SOLUTION 2: Make sure the AC Adapter is connected correctly and that the
outlet is working.
TROUBLE: Cannot connect to Wi-Fi.
SOLUTION 1: Make the wireless network is working by testing it using another
wireless device.
SOLUTION 2: Make sure the Tablet and the wireless router is within the range
of the wireless network to be connected too. Walls or other obstructions will
reduce the possible distances between wireless devices.
SOLUTION 3: Make you are using the correct password, if set.
TROUBLE: System is acting strangely.
SOLUTION 1: Check for a Firmware update, see page 61.
SOLUTION 2: Some third party Apps are not stable. If it causes overall
abnormal operation, you may have to reset the unit or erase contents, see
page 55.
TROUBLE: No Sound.
SOLUTION 1: Make sure Headphones are not connected to the Headphones
jack.
SOLUTION 2: Make sure Volume is not set to 0.
SOLUTION 3: Make sure the unit is not Muted, see page 17.
