1. Install the steering link rod onto the steering bracket threaded hole with
the link rod screw, two washers, spacer, and a locknut. Do not tighten the
link rod screw or the locknut.

b - Steering link rod
2. Install the loose end of the steering link onto the steering cable and
secure with a washer and locknut. Tighten the locknut securely and then
back the nut off 1/4 turn.
