IMPORTANT:Make sure that any wiring harnesses are not pinched between
the screws and the outboard.
a - Starboard cowl panel
b - Hex head screws (5)
3. Tighten the screws to the specified torque.
Description
Nm lb‑in. lb‑ft
Screws 3.3 29
4. Secure the starboard cowl panel on the outboard with the top short torx
and the bottom long torx screw.
a - Top short torx screw
b - Bottom long torx screw
5. Tighten the top short torx screw and the bottom long torx screw to the
specified torque.
