Part Check
Daily, All adjustments Check height, inlet guide and output from the ma-
chine.
Daily, performance Check the output of the machine.
Daily, Sprayer Check the holes in the sprayer head for stoppages.
If the holes in the sprayer head are blocked by stop-
pages, prick them open with a sharp object.
Weekly, Torque spring Check for broken spring. Replace the broken
springs.
Weekly, Compression springs Check for broken springs. Replace the broken
springs.
Weekly, vent knives. Check for sharpness and damage. Replace if neces-
sary.
Monthly, sleeve-bearing bush Check for wear. If necessary replace the sleeve-
bearing bush.
Yearly, Bearings on slide
blocks.
Replace.
Yearly, Main bearing Check clearance. If necessary replace the main
bearing.
