7 Disassembly/assembly and adjustments
This chapter describes how to disassemble, assemble and adjust components of the
machine after maintenance and/or replacement of parts.
7.1 Basic adjustments
The default settings to the various components of the units in relation to each other
are carried out in the factory. However, as a result of adjustments to the parts and for
local circumstances, it may be necessary to re-adjust the default settings.
Switch off the main switch of the machine before cleaning/adjustments.
Put marks on the parts to be readjusted before changing the basic settings.
This will save you a lot of time and annoyance.
Tip!
Place warning signs with the control panels of the machine and the overhead
conveyor.
