Shelf level 
The shelf level on which you place your
food depends on the oven function
selected and the number of trays being
used.
– MChef + Fan Plus
1tray: shelf level 2
– Fan Plus
1tray: Shelf level 2
(Biscuits: Shelf level 1)
2trays: shelf levels 2+3
If you are using the universal tray and
baking trays on several levels at the
same time, the universal tray should
be placed underneath the baking
trays.
For moist biscuits and cakes, bake
on a maximum of 2shelf levels at
once.
