cooking functions to be used for

Time of day display
Alarm and Minute minder
Switching cooking processes on and
off automatically
Moisture Plus cooking
Using Automatic programmes
Creation of User programmes
Settings that can be customised
Safety features
System lock
The system lock prevents the Dialog
oven from being used unintentionally
(see “Settings – Safety”).
The system lock will remain activated
even after an interruption to the power
supply.
Sensor lock
The sensor lock prevents the oven
being switched off or settings being
altered by accident whilst in use. Once
activated, the sensor lock prevents all
sensors and fields in the display from
working a few seconds after a
programme has been started. (see
"Settings - Safety").
Cooling fan
A cooling fan will come on
automatically when a cooking
programme is started. The cooling fan
ensures that the hot air in the oven
compartment is mixed with cool
ambient air and thus cooled before it is
expelled via the gap between the door
and the control panel.
The cooling fan will continue to run for a
while after the oven has been switched
off to prevent any humidity building up
in the oven compartment, on the
control panel or on the oven housing
unit.
The cooling fan will switch itself off
automatically after a certain period of
time (see “Settings – Cooling fan run-
on”).
