 Confirm the message telling you that
the process is complete withOK.
 Close the door.
The sound of the pump running can be
heard again briefly. Residual water in
the water intake pipe is being drawn
into the oven.
The oven heating and cooling fan will
switch on. A buzzer will sound when the
selected temperature is reached as long
as buzzer tones have been switched on.
If you have selected Time-controlled,
the time at which the next burst of
steam will be released will appear after
the heating-up phase. If necessary,
you can alter this time before the
steam is released by selecting the
Change option.
Changing the type of heating
The MChef + Moisture Plus
function uses a combination of MChef
+ Fan Plus with the addition of
moisture.
The Moisture Plus function uses a
combination of Fan Plus together with
the addition of moisture.
You can also use moisture with one of
the following functions instead of with
Fan Plus:
– Conventional Heat
– Intensive Bake
– Auto Roast
 Select Change.
 Select Open further settings.
 Select Change type of heating.
 Select the type of heating you want.
 Confirm with OK.
Cooking will be carried out using the
selected type of heating.
With MChef + Moisture Plus
Gourmet Units are added to the food.
