M Chef +Auto Roast
For roasting. The Dialog oven heats initially to a high
searing temperature (approx. 230°C). As soon as
this temperature has been reached, the Dialog oven
automatically drops the temperature back down to
the pre-selected roasting temperature.
180°C 100–230°C
M Chef + Full Grill
For grilling and toasting bread, open sandwiches etc.
and browning baked dishes.
The food is cooked from the inside by electro-
magnetic waves and at the same time browned on
the outside by the whole of the top heat/grill
element.
240°C 200–300°C
M Chef + Fan Grill
For grilling thicker cuts of meat. Because the fan
distributes the heat to food straight away, it allows
you to use a lower temperature than you would with
the MChef + Full Grill function.
The food is cooked from the inside by electro-
magnetic waves and at the same time browned on
the outside by the top heat/grill element and the fan
switching on and off alternately.
200°C 100–260°C
