Setting a leaf sheet (cut sheet)

Press the key to switch to
NOT READY mode.
• You need not to do so if it ia already in the NOT
READY mode.
Start operation from the Step 2.

Load the leaf sheet on the platen.
(1) Move down the clamp lever to the rear and raise the
pinch rollers.
(2) Set the right end of the sheet considering the platen
vertical rib as the measure.
Or, align the near end of the sheet in parallel with the
platen.

Move the pinch rollers fitting to a width
of the sheet.
• Locate each of the pinch rollers 5 mm or more
inside the sheet edge; otherwise, the sheet can
slip off the pinch rollers while it is being fed.

Move down the clamp lever to the front
and move the pinch rollers down.
