Nozzle Wash

Press the
(MENU)
in LOCAL mode.

Press to select “ MAINTENANCE ”,
and press the key.
• MAINTENANCE MENU will be displayed.

Press the key.
• “STATION” will be selected.

Press , and press the key.
• “NOZZLE WASH” will be selected and the
carriage will move.

Open the maintenance cover.

(When using rubber wiper) Clean the wiper
and bracket.
• Perform Step 7 when using the suction wiper.
(1) Open the right maintenance cover then pull out it
by holding protrusions at both ends of the wiper.
(2) Clean the wiper and bracket with a clean
stick dipped in maintenance Maintenance
liquid for maintenance.
• Wipe off so that maintenance Maintenance
liquid for maintenance will not remain.
(3) Insert it in the original position by holding the
Protrusions at both ends of the wiper.

(When using the suction wiper) Clean the
suction wiper and around the wiper.
• Clean the wiper and the area around wiper with a
clean stick dipped in maintenance Maintenance
liquid for maintenance.
• Wipe off so that maintenance Maintenance liquid
for maintenance will not remain.
 Clean the tube once a week to prevent wiper
tube clogging.
(1) Fill the dropper with 3 cc cleaning solution.
• Use the dropper scale for the liquid measure.
(2) Fill the suction wiper with the cleaning solution from
its mouth.
• Speed to fill with cleaning solution: 1 cc/second

Fill up the cap with cleaning solution for
maintenance．
• Suck maintenance solution into a dropper and fill
up the cap with it. Fill up the cap with
maintenance solution on the verge of overflow
from the cap.

Close the maintenance cover, and press
the key.

Press to set the time for the
maintenance Maintenance liquid to be left
as it is, and press the key.
• Set value : 1 to 10 minutes (Unit: minute)
• The maintenance Maintenance liquid filled in the
cap is absorbed.
• “Please Wait” will be displayed in the display until
the time you set has elapsed.
Protrusion
• When nozzle missing is not cleared even after
nozzle recovery ( P.4-16) or this washing is
carried out several times, contact your local
distributor, our sales office, or service center.
