Wipe ink sticking to the side of the head off
with a cleaning swab.
• Wipe off the ink sticking to the side of the head
with a cleaning swab dipped in maintenance
solution for maintenance.
• Never rub the nozzles.

Press the key after the cleaning.

Close the maintenance cover, and press
the key.
• After its initial operation, the machine returns to
LOCAL mode.
Cleaning the bottom of the LED lamp
and the bottom of the mist filter

Press the
(MENU)
in LOCAL mode.

Press to select “
MAINTENANCE
”,
and press the key.
• MAINTENANCE MENU will be displayed.

Press the key.
• “CARRIAGE OUT” will be selected.

Press , and press the key.
• Carriage will move to the left end of this machine.

Open the maintenance cover.

Cleaning the bottom of the LED lamp and
the bottom of the mist filter.
When it is very dirty
(1) Soak the cleaning stick in the maintenance liquid.
(2) Clean the ink which is adhered to the bottom of the
LED lamp and the bottom of the mist filter with the
image of gently tapping.
When there is dust on it
(1) Place the tape with weak adhesive strength (drafting
tape, etc.) on the relevant part.
(2) Lightly press with your fingers.
(3) Peel off the tape.
• Execute multiple times as needed.

Press the key after the cleaning.

Close the maintenance cover, and press
the key.
• After its initial operation, the machine returns to
LOCAL mode.
Clean the side surface of the head
(shown in deep gray) with a cleaning
The nozzle part (Never touch
it.)
• Do not rub. The low reflection treatment may peel
off.
• The power to press the tape should not be too
strong.
The low reflection treatment may peel off.
Clean the red area with a clean stick or
similar.
