 Dial 7000.
From a phone other than your own (“Public and Semi-Public” Phone)
 Dial 8999.
 After the Voicemail answers Dial # plus your Mailbox Number.
Remote
 Call 802-857-7000.
Dial # plus your Mailbox Number.
First Time Tutorial
Be prepared to enter Pass Code (default is 1111), record your name, and
record your greeting.
To Respond To Message Light
Dial local access code 7000. Follow prompts.
To Transfer Caller Directly Into A Mailbox
 Press (TRANS/CONF)
 Press VMT key.
 When Voicemail answers, Press *
 Enter the mailbox number at which the caller wants to leave a
message.
 Hang up immediately.
To Dial Out Of Someone’s Mailbox
 Dial Extension Number.
Notes
 New messages are saved until listened to
 Played or kept messages are saved for 15 days
 Discarded messages cannot be retrieved
AFTER DIALING THE ACCESS CODE (7000 or 8999), WAIT
FOR THE VOICEMAIL SYSTEM TO ANSWER BEFORE
DIALING ADDITIONAL DIGITS.
