Releasing one of the correspondents
1 - Select the correspondent to be released.
2 - Press the context-sensitive Leave key to release the selected
correspondent.
Ending the conference
• Press End or hang up.
Setting up a conference during an enquiry call
You are engaged in an enquiry call (with one correspondent on line and another on hold).
You wish to set up a three-way conference.
1 - Press the context-sensitive Conf. key.
2 - Press the key of the blinking line then press Conference. This
is the correspondent who has been on hold.
-> The numbers of your two correspondents are displayed on
screen. You are holding a conference call.
Using the trace function

You want the number of the called or calling party (internal or external party) to be written
in the logbook, for example, to identify a malicious call.
1 - Press the context-sensitive More key in the lower panel of the
menus.
1 - Press the context-sensitive Menu key.
2 - Select Trace with .
3 - Press Select to confirm.
-> A message confirms that your request has been taken into
account.
The number is stored in the logbook, which can be consulted by
the system operator.
Remarque : When a call comes in and if the caller has on-
hooked first , the Trace function remains accessible for 10 sec-
onds.
