Other options
In the terminal options, other menus can be used to obtain some information or to change
the terminal status.
Telephone status
The Status menu gives information about the terminal's computer
configuration.
The Syst.info. key is reserved for the administrator.
Choosing a language
If the Menu/Ident key is available on your terminal, it is better to
use the menu option (Voir “Changing the language”, page 56).
Date and time
Different parameters are used to define the time and date format,
the use of summer time, time zone, and time and date update or
the use of a date server.
Remarque : the values entered for time and date can be over-
written through system update.
User password (terminal password)
The Lock>Password menu is used to modify the password
saved in the terminal. This is the one to be used in the setting
options of the terminal on which a password is required. It
consists of 5 numeric characters (default password: 11111).
Since it is not associated with your subscription, you will not find
it if you log on to a general-purpose terminal.
Lock phone
You can use the Lock>Phone lock menu to lock your terminal; it
is preferable to use the Lock option of call settings (see page 52).
Restart phone
The Reboot menu is used to restart the phone.
