Internal directory management
You can save in your internal directory your most frequently used internal or external num-
bers (up to 200 names). The records are displayed according to a configuration made in
the terminal menu Voir “Other options”, page 60.
However, since these numbers are saved on the terminal, they are not accessible from an-
other terminal: case of moving a subscription (login/logout) or associated terminals.
Creating a record in the internal directory
1 - Press the context-sensitive Pers. dir. key (Voir “Description
of the terminal”, page 1).
2 - Press the context-sensitive Add key.
3 - On the Name screen, browse through the areas to be filled in.
You can enter capital letters, small letters or figures, using the
displayed alphabetic keypad.
4 - Place the cursor again on Name, press
to display the
Numbers screen.
5 - Enter the phone number(s) from the record, as well as the line
number on which the call must be made (Line keys).
6 - You can complete the record by filling in the following screens meant for
addresses (press
after placing the cursor over the screen
name).
7 - Press Save.
Adding a call number to an internal directory record
You wish to fill in a record with a new phone number.
1 - Press the Pers. dir. key. (Voir “Description of the terminal”,
page 1)
-> the existing recordings are displayed in form of a list on the
left side of the screen.
2 - Select the record to be completed.
3 - Press the context-sensitive Modify key.
4 -
Using the browser ( ), go to the number input screen.
5 - Fill in the areas meant for a new phone number.
6 - Press the context-sensitive Save key. The new number is
displayed on the list.
Modifying a record in the internal directory
You have selected a record from your directory.
1 - Press the context-sensitive Modify key.
