Copying a contact from an external directory to the internal directory
This procedure applies when the external directory sources are configured.
1 - Press the Pers. dir. key. (Voir “Description of the terminal”,
page 1).
2 - Select the external directory concerned.
3 - Search for the contact to copy.
4 - Press to see the detailed record of this contact then press
Copy.
5 - A message appears, confirming that the contact has been
successfully copied to the internal directory.
Modifying directory sorting
These preferences will be applied to all the directories (internal and external).
1 - Press the Options key to access the services and options on
the terminal.
2 - Select Directory.
3 - Select Settings.
4 - Select ( ) Name display.
5 - Choose the name display order then confirm by pressing
Save.
6 - Select ( ) Sorting preferences.
7 - Choose the sorting preferences then confirm by pressing
Save.
Identification for access to Microsoft Exchange contacts
1 - Press the Options key.
2 - Select the Identifiers menu.
3 - Select (
) the Microsoft Exchange directory.
4 - Select the User name field then enter the applicable value (in
principle, your e-mail address).
5 - Select the Passwd field then enter the applicable value
(password associated with your Microsoft Exchange account).
6 - Press Save.
