The supervision function

Intercepting an ongoing call:
The supervised terminal is called, and the indicator light turns
yellow (visible on the extension module):
Press the Hold key to put the ongoing call on hold (or a free line
key).
• Press the supervised programmed key to pick up the call.
You can change from one correspondent to the other, or release
any of the correspondents.
Option "Check identifier before picking up":
When your terminal is idle:
The supervised terminal is called and the indicator light turns
yellow:
1 - Press the supervised programmed key to check the identifier.
2 - Press the supervised programmed key again to pick up the
call.
During a call:
At the moment this function is not available during a call.
Transferring an incoming call to the supervised terminal
You are in communication on the line key with a party and you
want to transfer the call to the supervised terminal:
1 - Press the context-sensitive Transfer key.
2 - Press the supervised programmed key then hang up.
-> The indicator light associated with the programmed key
turns yellow.
Calling the supervised terminal
To call the owner of the supervised terminal:
• Press the supervised programmed key.
The indicator light associated with the programmed key turns red.
When the called party answers, pick up the handset to talk.
