Transfer the incoming call to the filtering terminal:
You have intercepted a call meant for you and you wish to
transfer it to the filtering terminal.
1 - Press a free line key.
2 - Press the supervision key corresponding to the filtering
terminal.
-> The indicator light associated with the programmed key goes
on.
3 - Once you are communicating with the filtered terminal, press
the context-sensitive Transfer key.
4 - Press the key of the blinking line then press Transfer. This is
the correspondent who has been on hold.
Before the transfer you can change from one call to the other by
pressing the line keys.
Deactivating the filter function:
The key programmed with the filter function is used to disable
filtering from the filtered terminal or from the filtering terminal.
• Press the forward activation/deactivation key.
-> The indicator light associated with the key goes off on the
two terminals. On the filtered terminal, the Menu key indicator
goes off and the terminal status (Forwarding activated)
disappears from the screen.
