be used by each
axis
independent.
When connecting
the manual pulse
generator for
each axis is
required, use
one axis module.
• The manual
pulse generator
itself can use the
same one.

pulse differs.
Set the
parameter so
that movement
amount may be
same.

1.5 to 2.0ms
(when other axes are starting:
1.5 to 2.0ms + 0.1ms to 0.5ms)
