*1 With AD75P-S3, Nos.1 to 100 data items/axis of positioning data can be set using the buffer memory and Nos.1 to 600
data/axis can be set with QD75PN/QD75DN.
The positioning data in the buffer memory is not backed up.
*2 Indicates the standard mode/stepping motor mode about AD75P-S3.
*3 The near pass function is valid only during the continuous path control. (AD75P-S3: Selected with parameters,
QD75PN/QD75DN: Standard function)
QD75PN/QD75DN does not have address pass mode. When being asked for passing the positioning address, continue
with continuous running. (However, it will stop once.)
