3. Open the CC IE Field Configuration window and set up the configuration and station number of a
slave station as shown below.

4. Close the CC IE Field Configuration window.

5. Open the refresh parameter setting window and configure the settings as shown below.

6. Write the set parameter to the CPU module of the master station, and reset the CPU module, or
