6.3.1. LowBattery
Ifthemobiledevicebatteryislow,whichmaycausethemobiledevicetoshutoffduringaprocedure,the
usershouldchargethemobiledeviceandnotcontinueuseuntilitissufficientlycharged.Themobiledevice
shouldbechargedbeforetheprocedureorwhilethedeviceisnotinuseasitcannotbeusedwhencharging.
Ifthemobiledeviceischargedandcontinuestoturnoff,theusershouldcontactcustomerservice.
6.3.2. Overheating
Ifthemobiledeviceoverheats,refertotheSamsungJ530usermanualandfollowtheappropriate
instructions,andcontactcustomerserviceifneeded.
6.3.3. InsufficientMemory
MakesurethereisenoughmemoryavailablebeforestartinganexamthroughtheEVAApplication,and
deleteunnecessaryfilesifyouneedtofreeupstoragespace.Tolearnhowtocheckavailablememory,refer
totheSamsungJ530UserManual.TheEVAApplicationwillwarnusersoflowmemoryandoffertoarchive
patientcasestotheOnlinePortal.
IftheuserdoesnotwanttosyncinformationwiththeEVAOnlinePortal,theusershouldtransferpatient
casestolocalizedstorageandthenmanuallydeletecasesfromtheEVAApplication.Ifthewarningpersists
whentherearefewornopatientcases,theusershouldcontactcustomerservice.
6.3.4. CrackedMobileDeviceScreen
Ifthemobiledevicescreeniscrackedorhasbeencompromisedduetoafallorotherformofdamage,
contactcustomerservice.
6.4. EVAApplicationTroubleshooting
6.4.1. UnresponsiveEVAApplication
IftheEVAApplicationfreezesandthemobiledeviceisnotoperational,theusershouldrestartthe
application,followedbyrestartingthemobiledevice,ifrequired.Iftheproblempersists,theusershould
checkthattheapplicationisupdated.IftheEVAApplicationisupdatedandstillunresponsive,contact
customerservice.
6.4.2. UnwantedDeactivation
IfthemobiledeviceoperatingsystemclosestheEVAApplicationduetomemoryallocationandthedeviceis
notoperational,theusershouldrestarttheEVAApplication.Iftheproblempersists,thecontactcustomer
service.
6.4.3. UnresponsiveCamera
IfimagescannotbetakenbytheEVAApplicationorstalledwithanunresponsivecamera,theusershould
makesurethatnootherappsarerunningonthemobiledevice.
