b. Distance to bumper:
This is the horizontal distance from the camera to the front bumper edge of
the vehicle. For example, this value should be 0.1cm for flat nosed trucks.
c. Vehicle width
This is the distance between the outer edges of the Front wheels.
d. Camera to Windshield edge
Lateral distance from the camera to the right and left windshield edges:
